back appointment

at Kaiser

This is referred to as a "back appt." and is crossed out in my calendar, so I'm not sure exactly what it was or even if I went. Could have been physical therapy, or could have been something else. I know around this time that I was getting frustrated with the treatment (or lack thereof), lack of improvement, and inability to get a referral from Kaiser to a "real" doctor.
