ultimate frisbee incident

Went to OB1 Friday night ultimate frisbee get-together at the OB Elementary baseball field with the intention of just watching and socializing but not playing -- since my back was already hurting. However, I just couldn't help myself from going out onto the field and asking if I could throw one "kick-off" (after a score). Of course, I really wound up and tried to heave it to the other end of the field, and I knew right away that my back went out. I was done for the evening, and I think I was pretty trashed through the weekend, as I recall.
