Second visit. Ambert said that my back was out of alignment, and I was smart to come see him. He said that my lower back was turned and I also had problems in the middle back and upper back. So, he was going to start working on the lower back and then gradually move his way up towards the neck area. He convinced me to come in three times a week until there was some improvement.
