Dr. Daniel Green - orthopedic surgeon

I found a reference to this appointment, and I remember meeting with Dr. Green but I can find no further record of this event. I do remember discussing disc replacement and fusion with him. I also remember he had display mock-ups of a couple different brands of artificial discs, and I recall thinking they looked fairly simplistic. The frightening "teeth" on one model scared the crap out of me....
