follow-up with Dr. Serocki

Follow-up with Dr. Serocki at US HealthWorks. I was originally hoping to get a referral from him to a surgeon so I could get a second opinion. But now that my mind is made up and my surgery is scheduled, there is no need for a referral. We talked more about my situation. He knew who Dr. Nelson was and said he was a good surgeon. We agreed that I had tried everything else. I asked about getting a "permanent and stationary" designation for Work Comp, and he said that he would do that except that I am getting surgery, so my condition could and would change. I asked and he agreed to leave my case open so that we can revisit things after my surgery and recovery. All in all, I am very impressed with Dr. Serocki's empathy and professionalism. He really seems to understand what's going on and what I'm going through, and that is certainly appreciated!
