back update

my back status is really day to day. i was doing some new physical therapy (originally for my knee surgery) which i thought was helping, but now i'm not so sure because the back is still hurting every day....

i e-mailed b___, and she is getting a fusion. i agree it is a really scary procedure. i watched a video on the internet of spine surgery and almost lost my lunch. so brutal. have a good weekend....
