out of pocket expense for ADR

In the course of speaking to Celeste at Dr. Delamarter's office about the status of our appeal, we got into out-of-pockets costs for surgery. For a two-level ADR procedure, the costs are as follows:

$12,500 Delamarter's + asst. surgeon's fees
$3,500 Dr. Brau's fee
$??,??? hospital fees ( for 3-night stay?)
