I have discovered the ChiroGeek website which is maintained by a Dr. Douglas Gillard DC, BS, QME -- who supposedly has suffered from chronic back pain for many years and even had surgery. Apparently he is now working on his MD.
The website looks to be massive and packed with information. Plenty of reading to do....
