Meeting to discuss results of discogram performed by Dr. Bajaj on December 3rd.
Unfortunately Dr. Hilliard can only read the results of the test as written by Dr. Bajaj. Dr. Hilliard was not present for the discogram, so he did not see the exam as it was performed.
I really need to hear from Dr. Bajaj because he was the person inserting the needles and injecting dye into my discs under X-ray. Only he will be able to tell me exactly what was determined by performing the discogram. Only he will be able to best identify what is causing my pain and advise me on the next course of action to correct the problem.
