appeal process

Finally heard from Joanna at Delamarter's office. She said Delamarter was not in the office today and the first chance he would have to dictate the appeal letter would be Wednesday (pretty sure I recall he's in surgery on Tues and Thurs). I faxed her the letter from BC in case she still hadn't received it. I also sent her all my notes and letters from previous doctors in the hope that will make my case more compelling. Hopefully the Doctor get the appeal letter out ASAP!!!
