Finally received all my doctor's notes, test results, etc. from Kaiser from fall/winter 2007. Interesting stuff but nothing terribly earth-shattering. Dr. Green's notes in particular were very disappointing: he basically punted and provided no documented recommendation since he observes I would soon be leaving Kaiser -- not very helpful! Dr. Roper notes of our visit on Oct. 2, 2007 that patient "is very frustrated with his progress." Well, it's nearly a year later, and I'm still freaking frustrated and in pain every single freaking day.
