Bajaj recommends annuloplasty?

I have a medical-related question for you.  Although he
said Dr. Dobecki was excellent, Dr. Bajaj also mentioned
a Dr. Chris Chisholm in La Jolla.  Do you know anything
about him?  Also, the procedure which Bajaj recommends is
an annuloplasty -- what do you think about this procedure?
Are pain doctors able to perform this procedure, or do I
need to see an orthopedic surgeon?
