Roland-Morris questionnaire

I discovered a couple of self-diagnostic back-pain questionnaires a few weeks ago on the chirogeek website but finally got around to filling them out this morning. My results:

• 7 on the Roland-Morris scale

Hopefully this information will be useful to Dr. Dobecki and other doctors in the (near) future.
