This afternoon, I went over to Kaiser Zion Hospital to try to get my medical records. After quite a bit of a runaround (typical), I eventually ended up at the Radiology Records Department on Vandever. I was finally able to put in a request with Kaiser radiology to transfer my records to Dr. Dobecki. It looks like I will have to hand carry them over myself next week.
Let's hope Kaiser doesn't manage to botch this simple request. As I was filling out the paperwork and waiting to be helped, an extremely distraught woman came in who was beside herself because somehow Kaiser had lost the results of her recent mammogram. Scary!
