Blue Cross needs more info

I called Joanna from Delamarter's office this morning to ask how things were going. She called back and said that Blue Cross had asked for more information to process the appeal, and she sent them everything I had given them (doctors notes from various sources, incl. Kaiser). So, maybe that's a good sign...?
