insurance SNAFU

If I am to go on Industrial Disability Leave (IDL), then apparently I have to do the surgery through Work Comp. So, that has thrown a wrench into things, and my procedure could be delayed. Trying to get my records from Dr. Serocki to Dr. Nelson so that he can officially be designated my doctor. Aaarrghh
