increased pain

My pain level has definitely become worse in the last 2 weeks or so (since I went up to L.A. really). I talked with Dr. Dobecki about increasing my medication, and he said I could take another Tramadol at lunchtime which would boost my dosage to 150mg/day. The pain seems to have become significantly worse in the last few days, and I haven't had much relief even from the medication. I would say my pain level is at a 5 with an occasional 6. It is approaching the unbearable. I am just about ready for surgery (hopefully disc replacement).
