pain meds

Well, I chickened out and took my pain medication yesterday because I was hurting (actually my recently-arthroscoped left knee is really hurting lately, what's up with that??!?).

I did not take my medication this morning, and I am definitely feeling it in the back. I would say my pain level is around a 4 or 5. In a few hours, we shall see what the diagnostic injections tell us....
