I was really hurting yesterday afternoon and evening. Struggled through the remainder of the workday then finally took my medication last night around 6pm as soon as I got home from the office. Put a big ice pack on my back and one on my knee too. Drank some bourbon and had to lie down on my bed for awhile. Woke up and played some PS2 to take my mind off the suckiness. Eventually my headache went away, and my back started calming down. Went to bed early around 10:30pm.
Woke up early this morning, did my stretches, took a short walk, and ate my meds. And I'm back to my usual 2-3 pain level. Although my left knee still really hurts. Returning to see Dr. Behr about that tomorrow. My arthroscopic knee surgery (torn medial meniscus) was March 26th.
